- Friday October 31 Potluck at Halloween Time at Max and Mei's home. Times: a) UofT families with children - 5pm to to go trick or treating in the neighbourhood and b) international students without children - 6pm. You can bring anything food to share at a potluck e.g. juice, snacks, dessert, or a main dish. Don't worry too much the most important thing is you come. We’ll be having a short “after-dinner talk” on the subject of Halloween – where it came from and what it means to Canadians. We’d be interested to hear your opinions too. And if you wear a costume (this is very optional) we’ll be giving prizes to the best costume. International friends are welcome. email or call 416-768-7915 for details.
- Saturday November 1 3-5 pm – Badminton. Meet at the Chinese Presbyterian Church, 177 Beverley Street, 2 blocks south of College Street and enter through the gym entrance on Baldwin Street (see map here or below)
